Thank you for choosing Yu Sleep. This Shipping Policy outlines how, when, and where we ship our products. We want every customer to know exactly what to expect when they place an order.
Order Processing
All Yu Sleep orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

International Shipping
We currently ship Yu Sleep to most countries worldwide, including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Europe. International delivery times vary by destination:

Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters. All Yu Sleep orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no product names or descriptions visible on the outside. Only the sender and recipient addresses appear on the label. Your purchase remains completely private.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx depending on destination) to monitor your package's progress in real time.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at support@yu-sleep.com.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with the following carriers to ensure reliable, on-time delivery:
- USPS (United States Postal Service) — domestic delivery
- UPS Ground & UPS SurePost — domestic delivery
- FedEx Home Delivery — domestic delivery
- DHL Global Mail — international delivery
The specific carrier used for your order depends on your location and package size. The carrier name will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your building's mailroom
- Look for a "safe place" delivery (porch, side door, garage)
- Wait 24-48 hours — packages occasionally show as delivered before they actually arrive
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number to file a missing package claim
- If unresolved, email us at support@yu-sleep.com and we will assist with carrier follow-up
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@yu-sleep.com. We can update the address only if your order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim it from a holding facility, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The cost of reshipping is the customer's responsibility.
Restricted Locations
At this time, we are unable to ship Yu Sleep to the following locations:
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) — please contact support for special arrangements
- Countries with restricted importation of dietary supplements
- P.O. Boxes outside the United States
