Pack all bottles (used and unused) securely and ship them to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to confirm delivery. Write your RA number clearly on the package.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive your returned bottles, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
